should I have a facial?
A. -We recommend a facial every 4-6

A. - Some can be, especially shell type
particles like almond or apricot kernels scrubs which contain
jagged edges and can harm the skin. Most professional exfoliators
contain perfect round spheres that will exfoliate your skin without
any harm.
Q. Is they’re
anything I can do to help my brown spots?
A. - Hyper-pigmentation can occur after
sun exposure, pregnancy or taking birth control pills. Yes, there
are many treatments available like peels, micro-dermabrasion along
with home care programs that will help lighten your pigmentation.
Q. What’s
the best way to prolong my facial?
A. - We recommend being diligent with
your home care program like cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing

muscle massage hurt?
A. - Deep muscle massage is a specific

Q. What should
I wear during a massage?
A. - Unless your experiencing a Shiatsu
or Thai style massage which require you to wear loose clothing
most massages are going to be performed unclothed while draped
with sheets. The therapist will only uncover the area that she/he
needs to work on. Please remember, although most massages are
performed unclothed , take off only what you feel comfortable
removing. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy
your massage.
Q. I
have very ticklish feet and cannot imagine experiencing a massage,
what can I do?
A. -Many individuals
have some areas that that are ticklish or sensitive. Please inform
your therapist prior to your massage of these areas. Keep in mind
it’s you’re massage and you’re time, so you
can decide where you want and need the attention.
Q. I’m
7 months pregnant, can I experience a massage?
A. -Of course you can, we have a tummy
support cushion that allows you to receive a massage face down
or lying comfortably on your side. Your body is going thru many
