To help us better serve you, please be mindful of these simple guidelines.

• For new guests, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow adequate time for check-in. Existing guests, please arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment.

• All of our guests' time is valuable. Kindly keep in mind that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will conclude as scheduled to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Please note our Cancellation Policy for further details.

• A little peace is what you owe yourself. Please silence your cellphones and portable electronic devices to truly relax your mind and preserve the ambiance of the spa.

• We welcome guests of all ages. We require that guests,who are 18 years of age and under, be accompanied by an adult.

• Let us know if you have any special needs or disablities so we can provide you with a more comfortable experience.

• Feel free to communicate your preferences during your treatment to allow us to better accommodate you.

• Destino Spa does not calculate gratuity into our rates. Gratuity is a gesture given at your own discretion.
